  • “Candidate” refers to any individual registering with us or applying for a role.

3. Our Services

Fenton Recruitment acts as an employment agency and/or employment business as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

4. For Candidates

4.1 Registration By submitting your CV or registering with us, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify us immediately of any changes.

4.2 Consent You consent to us holding and processing your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with a client without your prior knowledge.

4.3 Job Applications We will represent you to clients where we believe there is a suitable match. We cannot guarantee placement or employment. We are not responsible for a client’s decision not to hire.

4.4 Accuracy of Information You must not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or right to work in the UK. We reserve the right to withdraw your registration if false information is discovered.

4.5 Right to Work All candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. We are required by law to verify this before placing you with a client.


5. For Clients

5.1 Engagement By engaging Fenton Recruitment to source candidates, you agree to our terms of business, which will be provided separately and must be signed before we begin work on your behalf.

5.2 Fees Our fees are agreed in advance and set out in our client terms of business. Fees become payable upon a candidate’s acceptance of an offer of employment or commencement of work, whichever is earlier.

5.3 Rebate Policy Any rebate or replacement guarantee is subject to the terms set out in your signed client agreement. Rebates are not available where a candidate is dismissed for reasons unrelated to performance or conduct.

5.4 Confidentiality All candidate information shared with you is confidential and must only be used for the purpose of assessing suitability for the specific vacancy. You must not share candidate CVs or details with third parties without our written consent.

5.5 Off-Limits Where a candidate is introduced to you by Fenton Recruitment, you agree not to engage that candidate directly or through another agency for a period of 12 months without paying our standard introduction fee.


6. Website Use

6.1 Accuracy We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website but make no warranties as to its completeness or suitability for any purpose. Job listings are updated regularly but may not reflect live availability at all times.

6.2 Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, logos, and design, is the property of Fenton Recruitment and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6.3 Links Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
