| Job Information | POSITION DUTIES: Designs, develops, implements, documents, and tests changes to ERP SAP HCM application programs. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderate to complex software applications in HR, Organizational Management, Benefits, Time and Payroll modules in SAP HCM using ABAP and BSP. Analyzes business needs and translates business requirements and functional designs into technical designs. Creates prototypes, ensures deliverables are high quality and meet user expectations. Adheres to software development standards and initiates design reviews for new application subsystem modules. Participates in requirements gathering and functional specification activities and supports system and integration testing activities. Provides production support for systems and solutions implemented.Qualifications: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related technical field, or the foreign degree equivalent; and 2. Two years of ERP-SAP HR programming experience with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits modules, including specific experience with ECC 6.0 using ABAP; SAP-BSP, BAPI, RFC ALV and Smart Forms; and including experience working in SAP HR implementations for company with at least 2,000 employees. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related technical field, or the foreign degree equivalent; and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the above, in lieu of a Master’s degree and two years of experience.
